In addition to doing general criminal and civil investigations, including surveillance, and witness statement taking, we also are able to perform various types of searches which include the discovery of assets, including "bank searches" if you have a judgment, civil and criminal litigation, postal address changes, street addresses on P.O. Box numbers, motor vehicles, driver licenses, tags, titles, VIN numbers, corporate, UCC, land ownership, and workers compensation data. We also do skip traces, background checks and criminal histories. We attend and bid at foreclosure sales for clients in most counties in Florida.

We are Special and Certified process servers. Our Process company, Investigative Process Service, Inc., has full time process servers licensed in Orange, Osceola, Seminole and Brevard Counties, plus the Fifth Judicial Circuit (Lake, etc.). Our professional association network allows us to process your serves throughout the State of Florida, as well as the entire United States and much of the World. We personally serve process in Puerto Rico. Our process servers have considerable experience and will give you fast and professional assistance at competitive rates. We go to the Orange County Courthouse several times a day. We go to the Seminole County and Osceola County Courthouse daily. Of course, whenever requested to do so, we go on a rush basis.

Principal Bios

Donald S. Eisenberg is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, and is "Of Counsel" with Eisenberg Law Offices, S.C. of Madison, Wisconsin. Mr. Eisenberg still practices law on a part time basis out of his Wisconsin law firm, and recently celebrated the 53rd anniversary of his admission to the Bar.

Mr. Eisenberg is a former Director of the National Association of Professional Process Servers, and a past President and Director of the Florida Association. He is the author of many articles on legal issues involving service of process, including an hour and a half tape entitled "How to Serve Process in the State of Florida." He is also a guest lecturer for "Lorman" which provides CLE credit hours for Florida attorneys.

Since 1992, he and his wife, Sandra, have operated Investigative Legal Services, Inc., a licensed Florida Investigative Agency and process serving company. Recently, Investigative Process Service, Inc. was incorporated to handle the process serving part of the business. Both businesses are located at 390 North Orange Avenue, Suite 1650, Orlando, FL 32801.
