Our process company, Investigative Process Service, Inc., has a full time staff of five people, plus seven full time process servers covering Orange, Osceola and Seminole Counties.
We provide automatic e-mail and website service which lets you directly into our computer system.
Our fees are extremely competitive. All of Orange, Osceola and Seminole Counties is $26.00, per serve. Our fee for ALL of Brevard, Lake and Volusia Counties is $36.00, per serve. Marion and Alachua Counties, and most of the rest of the State, we few exceptions, is only $36.00, per serve. We also serve CT Corporation in Plantation for $26.00.
Our fee for local RUSH services is an additional $20.00, per address (if there is more than one serve at an address, we only charge an additional $20.00). Most others areas, again with few exceptions, are from an additional $20.00 to $30.00 for expedited service. We also serve in the entire United States and Puerto Rico. The New York City area, much of Texas and Arizona are only $50.00, with the rest of the country running between $50.00 and $75.00. Puerto Rico is higher.
We do not charge for issuance or filing. We return to a client's office as many times as requested, and are happy to do so. We make unlimited attempts at service, and serve from 6:00 A.M. until 11:00 P.M. (Earlier or later if required). You can contact us twenty-four hours a day.
Our investigative fee schedule is as follows:
Surveillance:
$60.00 per hour for the first investigator,
$50.00 for each additional investigator
WITH NO HOURLY MINIMUM AND NO RETAINER DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR ATTORNEYS
OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES NOT INCLUDED
MILEAGE FEE: $0.55 PER MILE
